Relax into Journaling Workshop

Joined creative forces, Angela Caughlin and Beth Irvine come together offering a unique opportunity in this summer workshop. Learn to relax, let go and utilize the power of yoga and journaling to help you unlock you inner wisdom.

In this three-hour workshop you will learn:
„X Yoga and Breath Work
Start off with gentle yoga asana with emphasis on breathing, body awareness and relaxation, preparing you to ¡§tap into¡¨ your authentic self.
„X Understand ¡§why journaling works¡¨, how it effects your mind, body and spirit, and understand how the simple act of journaling can change your perceptions and your life!
„X Finish with a guided relaxation/visualization, guides you into a calm quiet space, planting the ¡§seeds¡¨ to nurture your new way of being!

This fusion of methods provides tools for self-awareness, increased energy, feelings of confidence, and techniques for changing perceptions of life that last long after the session is over.

Intended Audience: all ages (no previous yoga experience necessary)

dedicated professional work in the health care field. She has taught yoga
